What has been different from other experiences was that they had a good understanding of my office needs to begin with, then after a telephone discussion and a " Meet me in the office for a few minutes..appointment," they were able to further suggest things that would help meet get into the 21st century. Their personalities matched me as a dental professional not as a computer technician.

They speak "Dental" and they didn't embarrass me, when I showed my lack of computer/Internet/web page/remote data storage back up, my space....etc.  knowledge.

They were patient and allowed me to draw my own conclusions without pressure, they are not cold calling salesmen who disappear when the check is written.   They are interested in developing a long term relationship,  so that if something does go wrong...they know you..& they are there to take care of it!

What a load off of my mind!  They have been great!
